Hi, it’s Angela & today I want to share with you a fun housewarming gift that Nicole, Darcy & I created using the Elizabeth Craft Designs dies! Let me share with you how we created the explosion box with a bottle of wine inside.
*The four sides of the explosion box are 12” tall and each one is a sleeve that holds a folded tag which is created by using the tag & more die.
*A door is created by folding wood paper and creating a folded tag using the tags & more die.
*Inside the door “Congratulations” is die cut and glued inside.
*Hinges and numbers are die cut out of Shimmer Sheetz for the front of the door and used to decorate the door front along with a copper brad.
*The three sides of the box are decorated with patterned paper and the brick and leafy branch dies.
*The wine bottle is decorated with the tags & more die cut from both ends and tied on the bottle front with jute.
*The inside of the explosion box is decorated with wine themed paper.
This project was a fun way to use the dies to create something a little different & it was a lot of fun decorating the box! Try thinking “outside” the box to use your Elizabeth Craft Designs too!
