Hi there,
It’s Tanja here and this is my first individual post here on the Elizabeth Craft Designs Blog. I would like to show you this ombre Valentine’s Day card:
Step 1 – Cut out a stitched rectangle from white cardstock using one of the Stitched Rectangles dies.
Step 2 – Using the appropriate embossing/de-bossing ‘sandwich’ for your die cutting machine, de-boss the heart outline from the Puzzle Heart die set into the cardstock. (If used for cutting rather than embossing or de-bossing, this die cuts the solid heart shape.)
Step 3 – Stamp the sentiments from the Love Sentiments Clear Stamp Set with four different red ink colors for an ombre look. Use a Mini MISTI or other positioning tool to be able to ink the stamps and stamp accurately multiple times to get the blended effect. .
Step 4 – Add a strip of red cardstock and a strip of patterned paper from the ModaScrap My Little Girl 6×6 paper pad to the left side of the card panel before adhering everything to a white card base.
Have a lovely day.
