A Way With Words

New A Way With Words!

January 30, 2019

Hi there!  It’s Suzanne here today! I’m thrilled to be sharing my new release from Elizabeth Craft Designs with you!

Like the rest of my designs, these dies can work alone or combine seamlessly with dozens of other A Way With Word dies.  Today I’m sharing a little sampling of creative projects by the designers to get you started with the new collection.  Please click on the designer’s name to go to their blog post where you may read all the details of their project!

Let’s start with Shine!  Perfect for encouragement.  Add it to a card for a grad or person who’s received a promotion or a young someone who may be nervous about an upcoming recital.

Katelyn used beautiful muted colours to create this gorgeous card.  She’s die cut Shine, the butterflies from Butterflies & Stars Sprays and the Flourished Frame.  Papers are White Soft Finish Cardstock and Modascrap Pink Cotton Candy Paper Pack.

Diana also used Shine for her project and created a completely different look!  Don’t you love her starry sky?  Diana die cut Shine, the stars from Butterflies and Stars Sprays and the ECD Alphabet Caps.  I’d say there’s a bit of glitter shining in that card!

Bliss could be used for so many things!  A place, a time, a dessert….  It can be combined with other words such as Garden and Spring (or any of the other 4 Seasons dies).

Connie went tropical with Bliss!  I’d have to agree with her.  I could use a little sun, sand and surf right now!

Good Luck is perfect for St. Patrick’s Day, but also a retirement, job promotion or someone going on any new adventure.

Yogi had fun with the St. Patrick’s Day look, working all in greens with Good Luck.

My Garden Flowers seemed like such a natural combination and pairing them up with Susan’s flowers would be awesome!  You can use Garden or Flowers alone or combine each with My.  Try combining My with Memories or Prayers or Christmas – and I’m sure there are a lot of others that I’m missing!  You could have a Winter Garden – or any other season in the 4 Seasons die set!  How about Amazing FlowersBeautiful Flowers.  They’re all part of the A Way With Words Collection!

Wanda combined lots of AWW elements to create this bright and cheerful card!  She use My Garden Flowers, Long Stem Rose and stamped a leaf element from Where Flowers Bloom!

Notes can be used by itself or combined with Garden to make Garden Notes or Love to create Love Notes….  What else can you think of? Check your stash and let me know if you think of anything! Notes also comes with a treble clef and eighth note in case you have musical inclinations!

Here I use Notes along with the heart element from Calligraphic Elements 3 and added it to the cover of a notebook.  I love this size notebook.  It’s the same size as my cell phone so they snuggle together perfectly.  There is just no substitute for pen to paper!

I hope this has given you a few ideas! I look forward to seeing what you do with the new A Way With Words dies!

Happy creating!
Suzanne
