When I first started playing with this stamp set, I had plans to arrange the leave and flowers more traditionally. Instead I went with what I love –– pattern play –– looking for fun ways to arrange and layout patterns onto my card front.
Card Instructions:
Step 1: Using pattern paper and card stock, stamp and die cut the flowers and leaves from Color My Flowers set.
Step 2: Position the flowers and leaves on to your card front measuring: 10.5cm x 15.5cm
Step 3: (Optional) Before adhering the flower add machine stitched details to the leaves on your card front.
Step 4: Adhere the flowers using foam tape.
Step 5: Use watermark ink to stamp the sentiment three times on to black cardstock, apply white embossing powder, then heat set.
Step 6: Trim the sentiments and adhere to your card front.
Step 7: Embellish with a twine bow and sequins. Adhere card front to an A6 card base.
Thank you for stopping by! For me this is a quick and easy way to create with stamps and their co-ordinating cut out dies. All you need is pattern paper, cardstock, and a fun layout…
Happy Crafting!
