Hi there,
it’s Tanja here and today I would like to show you how to create this Mixed Media Flower Card:
Step 1: Die-Cutting and Stamping
- die cut one of the Stitched Rectangles from smooth white cardtsock
- stamp the blossoms from the First Sights of Spring set with Lawn Fawn River Rock Ink
Step 2: Coloring
- color the image and the background with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers
- ink up the edges of the panel with Distress Ink Black Soot and a Mini Ink Blending Tool
Step 3: Adding Texture and a Sentiment
- ink up the dictionary style stamp from the Background Stamps 3 set with Versafine Clair Morning Mist and partially stamp it all around the background
- add splatters with watered-down black acrylic paint
- adhere a pre-made sentiment strip with clear double-sided adhesive
