Hi there.
it’s Tanja here and today I would like to show you how to create this Christmas Tag.
Step 1:
- cut out a tag and the “MERRY” from smooth white cardstock using the Butterfly Pocket Insert die set
- stamp one of the Earthy Girls with Lawn Fawn Crunchy Leaf
Step 2: Coloring
- color the image with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers and add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils
- turn the oval shapes into round baubles
- for the background use Finetec Mica Watercolors Tibet Gold and add some splatters as well
Step 3: Adding Depth and Texture
- stamp the star pattern from the Background Stamps 1 set with Delicata Golden Glitz
- ink up the edges of the tag with Distress Ink Walnut Stain
Step 4: Adding the Sentiment
- color the sentiment with Alcohol Markers
- stamp the second part with Versamark onto a strip of black cadrstock and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
Step 5: Dye the Seam Binding
- dye a piece of torn seam binding with Distress Ink Walnut Stain and thread it through the hole of the tag
