Hello everyone, it’s Alice here. Today I want to show you how to create this fun Happy Harvest tri-fold card using some brand new dies from the Halloween collection designed by Joset. As a base for the 3 panels I used the Planner Essentials Die 1868, Shapes, Frames & Words. On the background I made some clouds with a mask stencil and Distress Ink Oxide (Tumbles glass). For the panels I also used Planner Essential Die 1868 and some beautiful paper from Bella BLVD that are fantastic for Fall and Halloween projects.
I made a fence on all three panels. This one is from the Adventure Edges 2 set. The fences are cut from White Soft Finish cardstock and colored with Ground espresso Distress Ink. Exactly 5 posts of the fence fit on each panel.
I added a corn stalk on the outer 2 panels also cut from White Soft Finish cardstock and colored with Mustard seed and Crushed olive Distress Ink. For the roots I used Vintage photo.
In the middle I used the very cute scarcrow. For this one I used many different colors Distress Ink. All the colors I used you can see on the picture below.
I added the Happy Harvest sentiment just in front of the scarecrow. I stamps the sentiment on a little piece of White Soft Finish cardstock that I colored with Rusty hinge Distress Ink.
I added some leaves to each panel for decoration. I used the leave dies that are included in the Turkey die set for this.
Below you can see the finished card one more time. I hope that I inspired you with this project and I hope that you will have just as much fun with the new Halloween collection as I did. It’s so cool to combine all the different dies!
