Hello everyone. Jackie here again with another one of my quick and simple card ideas, this time featuring the adorable cow from Joset’s fabulous critter collection. Don’t forget you can always switch up the colours and sentiment to suit your needs.
Step One:
Start by die cutting a heart shape into a white card panel measuring approximately 5×5″. Hand draw twice around the heart adding a couple of squiggles here and there.
Step Two:
Die cut and build the cow as normal, then die cut three different sized heart shapes from red card and use a white gel pen to add some stitching detail.
Step Three:
Attach the prepared die cut heart panel to a top folding 5.25 x 5.25″ white card blank using 3d foam pads then glue the red detailed hearts in place.
Step Four:
Die cut the sentiment detail using black card and Planner Essentials 5 – 1607 then die cut the word MOO using Planner Essentials 23 – Retro Alpha Trio. Gently ink a small amount of black to the bottom of the Moo letters then glue to the prepared sentiment element.
Step Five:
Attach the cow and the sentiment in place using foam pads, I finished off adding a black domed embellishment but you could add as many embellishments as you prefer.
