Hello everyone, Alice here! How are you doing today? It’s my turn again to show you a fun card creation. And as you know I’m a huge fan of Halloween so I couldn’t help myself to make another Halloween card for today’s blog post. This card was an absolute joy to create. I love creating cards using dies from different collections and that is exactly what I did for this card. A few of Esther’s collection and a few of Joset’s. Below you can find out how I created this card.
I started with the little witch. I made her from different colors cardstock. And do you see how brave she is with the bat on her arm? It’s her little Halloween friend.
After I made this little witch, I made the background. I made this one with a mask stencil for clouds and some distress ink Chipped Sapphire. Love how this color works for the clouds in this theme.
After that I used a die from last year. It’s a planner die, but it combines perfectly for this card. There are three planner dies from last year in the Halloween collection. The text Halloween above the witch is also from a Halloween planner die.
With al these dies you can create a whole scene. I added some pumpkins in the front and the spooky house in the background.
At last I backed the scenery with some green and black cardstock to finish of the card.
