Glittery Characters

It’s Karen here today. Today, I mixing up the character dies from Joset with the amazing Silk Microfine Glitter. I glittered up the Parrot from the last release and the adorable NEW Owl. So sparkly and fun.

The card front on the owl card is created with the NEW Stitched and Fitted Indented Rectangles dies. I LoVe them so much. The patterned paper on the owl card is from the Rainbow Bark 6×6 Collection. The diagonal stripe was created by adhering a 1.5″ x 6″ swatch across the front and then die cutting it.

The Owl is glittered with Silk Microfine Glitter in Basic Black, Light Brown, Crystal Clear (from the Bloom Collection), and True Red.

The “Oh What Fun” is from the NEW sentiments, Joyful Wishes.

Eeek, I love the Parrot! The card front is done with the Fitted and Stitched Rounded Rectangles, and the patterned paper is from the Fly & Scrap 6×6 Collection.

To make the glittering easy, I put 101mm Double Sided Adhesive down on Soft Finish Cardstock, then I die cut and glitter up one piece at a time.

The Parrot is covered in Silk Microfine Glitter in Green, Dark Mint, Periwinkle (from the Bloom Collection), Lilac, Orange and Yellow.

The sentiment on the parrot card is from the Build Your Own Sentiments 1 Clear Stamps.
