Hello everyone, Annette Green here today with more pages from my Greenville Planner. I’ve been doing a lot of fancy Fall baking lately to challenge my skills as well as celebrate the beautiful, cool weather we’ve been having here in Greenville. My pages today are all about Fall baking, so let’s take a look at the steps to make these fun and easy pages. All supplies and links are listed at the end of this post.I begin by working on the back of my last completed page in my planner. In this case, a dark green page. I die-cut the tabbed page (Planner Essentials 3) from a portion of my pattern paper since I’ll be covering the rest later. After adhering it down, I die-cut the whisk page (Planner Essentials 19) from woodgrain paper, then again from a lighter woodgrain and red cardstock for the handle, trimming out the pieces as shown.After adding a piece of the same green cardstock behind the whisk only, I adhered all the elements to the page, then added my title “Fall Baking.” (Retro Alphabet Trio)Because the word “Fall” overlaps several different backgrounds, I added a drop shadow to help set it off better. Once I planned out my photos and sizing, I cut brown cardstock photo mats accordingly, adding the die-cut tabs to each for labeling later. The circled arrows soften the look and bring the elements together nicely. (Planner Essentials 11)For the right hand page, I die-cut pattern paper using the plain page die (Planner Essentials 4) then added the dark green accent strip along the left and finished it off with the hole reinforcers. From wood cardstock, I die-cut the spatula and rolling pin, then the words SO Good from red cardstock.Once again, I planned my photos and sizing, then created photo mats and tabs for each. Next I assembled my page elements.I added another circled arrow using the same red cardstock. Finally, it’s time to add photos and captions. It’s been great fun experimenting with new, more challenging baking recipes this season. It has become my Sunday afternoon joy, and the family is loving it too!
