Hello everyone, Christine here for Susan’s Garden Design Team. Today I am posting a fun Halloween card that I designed using Susan’s CountryScapes Build A Witch. The card base is called a Telescopic Card (not my design saw on Facebook) and it is easy to make so let’s get going.
The Susan’s Garden Design Team are back today with another fun Designer Challenge to share with you.
This month the challenge is …. Home Decor – create a project which could be used as a Home Decor item which includes any products from Susan’s Garden.
Susan’s Garden has many die sets which would work wonderfully to create home decor items, and as you will see by our Design Teams projects there are a lot of ideas you can use to decorate your homes or even give as gifts.
For our Challenge today we are giving away a $20 Gift Card to use on the Elizabeth Craft Designs website to 3 winners.
To enter, simply leave a comment on this blog post below and answer this question: What Home Decor items do you like to create to use in your home?
We will select 3 lucky winners in a random drawing.
The winners will be announced on Friday, September 15th, here on the Elizabeth Craft Designs blog.

Now that Christmas is over it is time to play in the snow! One of Susan’s CountryScapes die sets is the Build A Snowman. I have built the snowman just like Susan shows on the die set envelope, but decided to try building him so he is a little different for this card. The temperatures are beginning to drop and it won’t be long before some of us see snow. Good Morning, this is Selma Stevenson today and I designed a card using the Els van de Burgt Studio 5 Part Pine, Stitched Ovals and Entwined Ovals and a piece of the Through The Lens – Wood Cardstock. To embellish this scene, Susan’s Garden Notes Small Poinsettia, Whitepine Bough & Pinecone and CountryScapes Critters 1 die sets were used. For the snowbanks, Karen Burniston’s Outdoor Edges die set plus her Holiday Clear Stamp Set were used. Here is how the card was created:
