Hi friends, it’s Sandy Diller here to share a simple idea for a little gift box containing handmade greeting cards. This is a nice way to say “Thanks” to a hostess or just give to someone special.
Hi Everyone,
It’s Tina here today for the Die Cut Design Team. I want to show you a non-traditional “I Love You” card with a DIY background. Before we begin I would like to tell you that if you have been looking for a cardstock that works well with Distress Oxide Inks. Elizabeth Craft Designs’ Soft Finish Cardstock 100 lb is the perfect choice. I have tried many others and this cardstock has the best results. Below you will find easy steps for replicating this card and I will show you how awesome the Distress Oxide Inks work on the White Soft Finish Cardstock.
It’s Karen here with a fun Bird-Day Party card. I’m obsessed with these FuN birds from Elizabeth Craft Designs and also love cards that have fun folds to them. My crafty mentor is so good at them, and I’m using one of her folds today. I’m combining the fun folds and a fabulous bird for a card I made for my son who just turned 24. The paper is called Manly Man and it is NEW!
Hi friends, it’s Sandy with you today. I hope you have had a chance to see the wonderful new ModaScrap papers. They have some great designs including masculine ones called “Manly Man.” It is sometimes difficult to come up with cards for the guys in our lives and these papers sure help. I just finished this one for my dad. I was inspired by Kerin Tamir who showed a mixed media card on YouTube.
Hello dear friends, its Evgenia Petzer with you today and I will show you how to create a simple bookmark. I made one for my son. He now really enjoys reading and this makes me very happy.
Hi It’s Kelly Booth. I’m here to show you one of my favorite ways of coloring using the Clear Double Sided Adhesive Tape and Cool or Warm Diamond Silk Microfine Glitter. Please note that the Cool Diamond Silk Microfine Glitter contains cooler sparkles in it, which gives you a better result in seeing the colors of your image under the glitter than when using Warm Diamond Silk Microfine Glitter.
I’m using one of the Sweet Birds from the new Feather Friends stamp set for my card and will show you a few others created with the same technique.
Hello friends,
A warm welcome to the ECD blog. I am Anita here with my first post and before I begin, I would love to thank Elizabeth Craft Designs for including me in the team. It’s just been a few days and I am already loving it around here.
The new year has brought in many new and amazing dies and stamps and you will surely love them. I especially like the Valentine’s Day collection. It has all the beautiful designs to pep up your projects for the season of love.
Today, I am showing you my most favourite Lace Pocket die. I have used this to create a Notecard Box that will hold cards and I loved the idea of creating a lacy box to give it a very feminine look. I have made it in purse style.
Do have a look at my creation, followed by more pictures to show how I made it.
Hi everyone,
We are excited to be bringing back our Elizabeth Craft Designs Designer Challenges for 2017! On the first Tuesday of the Month starting in February we will be holding our Die Cut Design Team Designer Challenge. Our Coloring Design Team Designer Challenge will be held on the third Tuesday of each month. (For January, our challenges will both be held a week later than the rest of the year.)
For our first Designer Challenge the theme is “From the Heart”. The Die Cut Design Team will be creating a card or project that incorporates any of our heart dies. Valentine’s Day is next month but hearts can be used for so many more occasions than just Valentine’s Day.
Many of the designers’ projects have been created using the new dies in the new Els van de Burgt Studio Valentines Collection or the ModaScrap Collection. Both are available for purchase on the Elizabeth Craft Designs website now.
Hi Everyone! It’s Katelyn here, sharing my first post as a design team member for Elizabeth Crafts Designs. Valentine’s Day will soon be upon us and why not create something special for that special someone in your life. Today I’ve created a cute Love You Note Pocket using the new Scalloped Hearts, Stitched Fishtail Banners, Love Sentiments and Rose Pocket dies.
