Today it’s all about die cut Shimmer Sheetz hearts and embossing folders with romantic themes… I’ll admit it: I have a big collection of embossing folders – they’re the perfect partner for Shimmer Sheetz!
Hi everyone,
We are back for our first Designer Challenge for 2018! We are a little later than normal as we have been busy sharing all the new products which have been release this month. From February we will be back to our normal third Tuesday of the month.
Our challenge this month is …. “You Fill My Heart” – Valentine’s Day is less then a month away so for our challenge this month create a card that would be suitable for Valentine’s Day.

Happy Mother’s Day! And thanks for the opportunity to be a Guest Designer again on this blog. To honor all the moms, grandmothers, sisters, and daughters out there, I offer another idea for using dies with fabric. This one features new heart dies used to cut various sized hearts that can serve as appliqués or patterns (another quilter’s trick!). Simply fill them with fiberfill as ornaments with a pop of spring color, or include lavender or potpourri inside for a scented sachet. They’re great “thinking of you” gifts for all the special women in your life!
Hello dear friends! Evgenia Petzer here with you today sharing a versatile card that can be used for any event – just use another sentiment.
I absolutely love this classic color combo that can be used for so many occasions.
Hi It’s Kelly Booth. I’m here to show you one of my favorite ways of coloring using the Clear Double Sided Adhesive Tape and Cool or Warm Diamond Silk Microfine Glitter. Please note that the Cool Diamond Silk Microfine Glitter contains cooler sparkles in it, which gives you a better result in seeing the colors of your image under the glitter than when using Warm Diamond Silk Microfine Glitter.
I’m using one of the Sweet Birds from the new Feather Friends stamp set for my card and will show you a few others created with the same technique.
Hi everyone,
We are excited to be bringing back our Elizabeth Craft Designs Designer Challenges for 2017! On the first Tuesday of the Month starting in February we will be holding our Die Cut Design Team Designer Challenge. Our Coloring Design Team Designer Challenge will be held on the third Tuesday of each month. (For January, our challenges will both be held a week later than the rest of the year.)
For our first Designer Challenge the theme is “From the Heart”. The Die Cut Design Team will be creating a card or project that incorporates any of our heart dies. Valentine’s Day is next month but hearts can be used for so many more occasions than just Valentine’s Day.
Many of the designers’ projects have been created using the new dies in the new Els van de Burgt Studio Valentines Collection or the ModaScrap Collection. Both are available for purchase on the Elizabeth Craft Designs website now.
Hi Everyone! It’s Katelyn here, sharing my first post as a design team member for Elizabeth Crafts Designs. Valentine’s Day will soon be upon us and why not create something special for that special someone in your life. Today I’ve created a cute Love You Note Pocket using the new Scalloped Hearts, Stitched Fishtail Banners, Love Sentiments and Rose Pocket dies.
