Hi there,

It’s Tanja here and today I would like to show you how to create this Art Journal Page.

Step 1: Die Cutting

  • die cut the Decorative Insert from patterned paper from the Wanderlust paper pack and two of the Mystical Mushrooms from watercolor paper

Step 2: Creating the Background

  • stamp some weeds from the Kindness set with Versamark and heat-emboss them with Ranger Aqua Tinsel embossing powder
  • stamp the sentiment with the help of the Morning Letters set, Versamark and Ranger Liquid Platinum embossing powder

Step 3: Adding Color

  • color the mushrooms using the watercolor palette and Finetec Mica Watercolors Inca Gold
  • adhere them to the page with a strip of corrugated cardboard

Hi there,

It’s Tanja here and today I would like to show you how to create this rather clean and simple card with a stunning background:

Step 1: Create the Background

  • add color to s rectangular piece of watercolor paper using Distress Oxide Inks (Faded Jeans, Prize Ribbon) and a Blending Brush
  • add some water droplets for extra texture
  • stamp some greenery from the Kindness set with Versamark and heat emboss them with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
  • ink up the edges with Distress Ink Black Soot

Step 2: Adding the Sentiment

  • add whichever sentiment you like; you could go ahead and also heat-emboss it directly to the blue background
  • I decided to use one of my pre-made sentiments: white heat-embossing on black cardstock to mirror the black around the edges of the panel

Hi there,

it’s Tanja here and today I would like to show you how to create this monochromatic watercolor greeting card.

Step 1: Stamping

  • stamp the largest flower from the Kindness set with Distress Ink Shaded Lilac onto a rectangular piece cut from watercolor paper

Step 2: Coloring

  • mix the colors Mauve and Prussian Blue from the Watercolor Palette to create a beautiful purple
  • apply a light wash into the background
  • color the flower with your watercolor mixture

Step 3: Finishing Touches

  • add purple and white splatters
  • rub on the sentiment
  • add a strip of purple cardstock and patterned paper to the left side of the panel before adhering it to a cardbase

Hi there,

it’s Tanja here and today I would like to show you how to create this loose watercolor greeting card.

Step 1: Stamping

  • stamp the large flower from the beautiful Kindness stamp set with Versafine Onyx Black onto a piece of watercolor paper

Step 2: Creating the Background

  • add color to the background with a light wash of Turquoise from the Watercolor Palette

Step 3: Coloring

  • color the image loosely with a light wash of watercolors from the Watercolor Palette
  • intensify the colors in the shadow areas

Step 4: Finishing Touches and Sentiment

  • add some splatters with watered-down white gouache and add highlights to the flower centers with a white gel pen
  • stamp the sentiment from the same stamp set with Versafine Onyx Black
  • add a strip of green cardstock and op black and white patterned paper to the left side of the panel before adhering it to a cardbase
