Good morning! Laura here today to share my next layout I created for ECD! I really like to mix my papers from different collections as long as the color families are the same so for this layout I mixed some papers from the Mystical Winter paper pack, the Rusty Weathered and the Summer Art!
To create this layout: Step 1 – Trim one paper to 11×7 and distress the edges, distress the edges of a 12×12 sheet and cut a ‘V’ into the top right of both papers about 2 1/2 ” from the edge. Cut one more piece of paper large enough to be adhered behind the cut ‘V’ Step 2 – adhere all the papers together and then cover with clear gesso and allow to dry
Step 3 – using watered down paints paint circles randomly in various sizes and also splatter some paint
Good morning everyone! Our family loves to go sledding in the winter – it is a great family outing! I found these photos of my husband doing a sneak attack on our son Cody and thought they were too funny to not scrapbook!
To create this layout: Step 1 – distress the edges of your background paper (I used Mystical Winter paper) Step 2 – mat your photos and distress the edges of photo mat. Adhere using cardboard or 3d adhesive
Step 3 – add a chipboard or paper border Step 4 – die cut 23 fitted hexagons then ink and distress the edges and adhere to paper
Good morning! Almost every winter we as a family go sledding and we have a great day!
To create this layout: Step 1 – cover the background paper with clear gesso (I used a paper from the Mystical Winter Collection) Step 2 – stamp the image from the Frosty Patterns at the top, bottom and side
Step 3 – use texture paste and a stencil from the Pattern Stencil Pack along the one side and allow to dry Step 4 – Die cut, ink and assemble 14 – 15 flowers (I used florals 1, 2, 3, 4,) Step 5 – die cut 2 cubic background out of coordinating cardstock. Highlight the word Winter by using snowflake paste or glitter Step 6 – die cut 2 Diagonal Stitched Fishtails
Step 7 – mat your photo and assemble the photo area as shown Step 8 – using some frayed cheese cloth run a piece from the top to the bottom on the one side and one from side to side in the middle
