Holiday Sparkles Planner Page

Hey Crafters! Katelyn here, sharing with you my Holiday Sparkles Planner Page.

To create my Holiday Sparkles Planner Page, I’ve used the Mason Jar/ Snow Globe Special and the Reinforcement Variety Pack 2 from the Planner Essentials Collection. You’ll want to read below as I share with you how to recreate my planner page at home.

Step One. Choose a piece of patterned paper from the Reminiscence the Book 2. Die cut the mason jar from the Mason Jar / Snow Globe Special.

Step Two. From the Mason Jar / Snow Globe Special, you’ll need the lid and the snowy piece. Die cut the snowy piece out of a piece of white shimmery cardstock. Die cut the lid from a piece of red patterned paper from the Reminiscence the Book.

Step Three. Next, you’ll need the trees from the Mason Jar / Snow Globe Special out of a green patterned paper piece from the Reminiscence the Book. Die cut the large tree a second time out of the same piece of patterned paper.

Step Four. Die cut the snowflakes from the Mason Jar / Snow Globe Special out of a piece of White Soft Finish Cardstock. You’ll need a total of five snowflakes.

Step Five. From the Reinforcement Variety Pack 2 Die, you’ll need the snowflake reinforcements. Die cut the reinforcements out of a piece of White Soft Finish Cardstock. You’ll need a total of three reinforcements.

Step Six. From the Mason Jar / Snow Globe Specials you’ll need the Holiday Sparkles sentiment. Apply Festive Berries Distress Ink to the sentiment and stamp onto a piece of White Soft Finish Cardstock. Cut the sentiment into a word strip.

Step Seven. Adhere the reinforcements over the holes on the mason jar.

Step Eight. Adhere the frosty piece to the top of the jar. Adhere the lid over top of the top portion of the frosty piece.

Step Nine. Use adhesive and foam squares to adhere the three trees as desired to the bottom portion of the jar.

Step Ten. Adhere the snowflakes as desired around the trees.

Step Eleven. Adhere the Holiday Sparkles sentiment to the bottom portion of the jar as desired.

For You Gift Envelope

Hey Crafters! Katelyn here, sharing with you my For You Gift Envelope.

To create my For You Gift Envelope, I’ve used a variety of dies from the Planner Essentials and the Sidekick Essentials Collection as well as dies from the Paper Flowers Collection. You’ll want to read below as I share with you how to recreate my gift envelope at home.

Step One. Choose a piece of patterned paper out of the Reminiscence the Book 2. From the Sidekick Essentials 16 – Seed Packet Set, you’ll need the seed packet. Die cut the seed packet out of the patterned paper. Ink the edges of the packet using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Step Two. From the Planner Essentials 37 – Letters & Numbers die, you’ll need the letters to spell out For You. Die cut the letters to spell each word out of a piece of kraft cardstock. Ink the edges of the letters using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Step Three. From the Maple Leaves die, die cut both maple leaves out of a piece of White Soft Finish Cardstock. Using a blending tool with foam, blend Ripe Persimmon Distress Ink on each leaf. Using a blending tool with foam, use Ground Espresso Distress Ink to highlight areas on the leaves as desired.

Step Four. Die cut the Lacy Leaves out of a piece of White Soft Finish Cardstock. Using a blending tool with foam, blend Forest Moss Distress Ink over the entire surface of the leaves.

Step Five. Assemble and adhere the seed packet.

Step Six. Adhere the lacy leaves and maple leaves to the left hand side of the seed packet as desired.

Step Seven. Adhere the For You words on the seed packet as desired.

Hi Card

Hey Crafters! Katelyn here, sharing with you my Hi Card.

To create my Hi Card, I’ve used a variety of the new dies from the Planner Essentials Collection as well as dies from the Sidekick Essentials Collection and Joset Designs. You’ll want to read below as I share with you how to recreate my card at home.

Step One. Choose two pieces of patterned paper out of the Reminiscence the Book 2. Die cut a 4″ Stitched Indented Rectangle out of one of the patterned papers. Die cut a 3 1/2″ Stitched Indented Rectangle out of the other patterned paper. Distress the edges of both rectangles. Ink the edges of both rectangles using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Step Two. Choose another piece of patterned paper out of the Reminiscence the Book 2. Die cut a 3 3/4″ Fitted Indented Rectangle out of one of the patterned paper. Distress the edges of the rectangle. Ink the edges of the rectangle using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Step Three. Choose a piece of patterned paper out of the Reminiscence the Book 2. From the Planner Essentials 37 – Letters & Numbers die, die cut the letters H & I out of the patterned paper.

Step Four. Next you’ll need a creamy piece of patterned paper out of the Reminiscence the Book 2. From the Sidekick Essentials 5 die, die cut the & symbol out of the patterned paper.

Step Five. From the Planner Essentials 41 – Rounded Corners Page, you’ll need one of the tabs. Die cut the tab out of the same patterned paper you just die cut the & symbol out of. Distress the edges of the tab. Ink the edges of the tab using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Step Six. Fussy cut a tag, a herb piece and a tag out of the Reminiscence the Book 2. Cut the tag down to 2 7/8″. Distress the edges of each piece. Ink the edges of each piece using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Step Seven. Next, you’ll need to choose one of the note pieces from the Planner Essentials 21 – Note Pieces die. Die cut the note piece out of a piece of patterned paper from the Reminiscence the Book 2. Distress the edges of the note piece. Ink the edges of the note piece using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Step Eight. Adhere the 3 3/4″ rectangle to the 4″ rectangle. Adhere the 3 1/2″ rectangle to the 3 3/4″ rectangle.

Step Nine. Adhere the label 5/8″ from the bottom and 1/8″ from the right of the 3 1/2″ rectangle. Foam square the herb piece 1/4″ from the left and 1/8″ from the top of the 3 1/2″ rectangle.

Step Ten. Adhere the tab to the left side of the note piece as desired. Foam square the note piece 1/2″ from the top and all the way to the left hand side of the 3 1/2″ rectangle.

Step Eleven. Use adhesive and foam squares to adhere the tag 3/4″ from the left and 3/8″ from the top of the 3 1/2″ rectangle. Adhere the & symbol to the right hand side of the tag as desired. Adhere the H to the right hand side of the tag and adhere the I to the right of it.

Step Twelve. Cut a cardbase out of White Soft Finish Cardstock that measures 4″ x 10 1/2″, score at 5 1/4″. Adhere the cardfront to the cardbase.

Gratitude Card

Hey Crafters! Katelyn here, sharing with you my Gratitude Card.

To create my Gratitude Card, I’ve used a variety of dies from Joset Designs and stamps from the Beautiful Blooms Collection. You’ll want to read below as I share with you how to recreate my card at home.

Step One. Choose two pieces of patterned paper out of the Reminiscence the Book 2. Die cut a 4″ Stitched Rounded Rectangle out of one of the patterned papers. Die cut a 3 1/2″ Stitched Rounded Rectangle out of the other patterned paper. Distress the edges of both rectangles. Ink the edges of both rectangles using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Step Two. Choose one piece of patterned paper out of the Reminiscence the Book 2. Die cut a 3 3/4″ Fitted Rounded Rectangle out of one of the patterned paper. Distress the edge of the rectangle. Ink the edges of the rectangle using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Step Three. Choose another piece of patterned paper out of the Reminiscence the Book 2. Die cut a 3/4″ Diagonal Stitched Fishtail out of the patterned paper. Cut the fishtail down to 3″. Apply Ground Espresso Distress Ink to the Gratitude word from the Beautiful Blooms – Gratitude stamp set. Stamp onto the fishtail. Distress the edges of the fishtail. Ink the edges of the fishtail using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Step Four. From the Gratitude Stamp Set, you’ll need the rose bunch and the single rose. Apply Jet Black Archival Ink to the rose bunch and stamp onto a piece of watercolour cardstock. Apply Jet Black Archival Ink to the single rose and stamp onto the same piece of cardstock. Reapply ink to the single rose and stamp again on the same piece of watercolour cardstock. Colour the rose bunch and the two single roses in using a waterbrush and the Watercolour Palette. Once the flowers have dried, fussy cut the flowers out. Ink the edges of the flowers using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Step Five. Adhere the 3 3/4″ rectangle to the 4″ rectangle. Foam square the 3 1/2″ rectangle to the 3 3/4″ rectangle.

Step Six. Adhere the fishtail 1 7/8″ from the bottom and 1 1/4″ from the left of the 3 1/2″ rectangle. Adhere the single roses around the fishtail as desired.

Step Seven. Foam square the rose bunch so that it sits slightly on the adhered single roses.

Step Eight. To finish the card, cut a cardbase out of White Soft Finish Cardstock that measures 4″ x 10 1/2″, score at 5 1/4″. Adhere the cardfront to the cardbase.

Love This Planner Insert

Hey Crafters! Katelyn here, sharing with you my Love This Planner Insert.

To create my Love This Planner Insert, I’ve used a variety of the brand new dies and stamps from the Planner Essentials Collection. You’ll want to read below as I share with you how to recreate my planer insert at home.

Step One. Choose a piece of patterned paper out of the Reminiscence the Book 2. Die cut the portion of the page with the tab on it from the Planner Essentials 44 – Folded Arrow Insert. If needed, trim off some of the other page. Distress the edges of the page. Ink the edges of the page using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Step Two. Choose another piece of patterned paper out of the Reminiscence the Book 2. Die cut the Love This banner from the Planner Essentials 44 – Folded Arrow Insert out of the patterned paper. Distress the edges of the banner. Ink the edges of the pennant using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Step Three. Die cut the grid border from the Planner Essentials 40 – Number Border & Patterns from a piece of kraft cardstock. Trim the border down to 3 5/8″. Ink the edges of the border piece using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Step Four. You’ll need the plain label tab stamp from the Labels Tab Stamp Set. Apply Wild Honey Distress Ink to the label and stamp onto a piece of White Soft Finish Cardstock. Fussy cut the label out. Ink the edges of the label using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Step Five. From the Noteworthy Stamp Set, you’ll need the girl. Apply Potting Soil Archival Ink to the girl and stamp onto a piece of White Soft Finish Cardstock. Fussy cut the girl out. Ink the edges of the girl using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Step Six. From the Memorable Stamp Set, you’ll need the Bee and Frames stamp. Apply Carved Pumpkin Distress Ink to the bee and stamp onto a piece of White Soft Finish Cardstock. Apply Ground Espresso Distress Ink to the frames stamp and stamp onto a piece of White Soft Finish Cardstock. Fussy cut both images out. Ink the edges of both images using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Step Seven. From the Memorable Stamp Set, you’ll need to choose two of the number squares. Apply Wild Honey Distress Ink to both squares and stamp onto a piece of kraft cardstock. Fussy cut both squares out. Ink the edges of both squares using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Step Eight. Adhere the label to the top left portion of the Love This banner as desired. Foam square the Love This banner to the middle of the plain banner.

Step Nine. Adhere the grid border 1/2″ from the right of the Love This Banner. Adhere one of the number squares in the bottom left corner by the Love This words. Adhere the other number square 5/8″ from the right and 1/4″ from the top of the Love This Banner.

Step Ten. Adhere the bee 3/8″ from the left and 1/2″ from the top of the Love This Banner. Foam square the frames image 1/2″ from the left and 3/4″ from the bottom of the Love This Banner.

Step Eleven. Adhere the girl on the right hand side of the frames.

Fall Gift Box

Hey Crafters! Katelyn here, sharing with you my Fall Gift Box.

To create my gift box, I’ve used a variety of dies from the Paper Flowers Collection. You’ll want to read below as I share with you how to recreate my Fall Gift Box at home.

Step One. Die cut the Pizza Box from the Pizza Box Die out of a piece of kraft cardstock. Ink the edges of the pizza box using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Step Two. Choose two pieces of patterned paper out of the Reminiscence the Book 2. You’ll also need the scalloped and stitched squares. Die cut the scalloped square out of one of the patterned papers. Die cut the stitched square out of the other patterned paper. Ink the edges of both squares using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Step Three. Use the same pieces of patterned paper you just used for the previous step. You’ll also need the scalloped and stitched circles. Die cut the scalloped circle out of the same patterned paper you used to die cut the scalloped square. Die cut the stitched circle out of the same patterned paper you used to die cut the stitched square. Ink the edges of both circles using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Step Four. Take out the patterned paper that the tags are on from the Reminiscence the Book 2. Fussy cut one of the labels out. Ink the edges of the label using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Step Five. Choose another piece of patterned paper out of the Reminiscence the Book 2. Die cut the Lacy Leaves out of the patterned paper. Cut the leaf so one section has three leaves and the other section has two.

Step Six. From the Maple Leaves die, die cut the small and large leaves twice out of a piece of White Soft Finish Cardstock. Using a blending tool with foam, blend Wild Honey Distress Ink over one of the small and one of the large leaves. Using a blending tool with foam, blend Gathered Twigs Distress Ink over the remaining leaves.

Step Seven. From the Florals 10 die, you’ll need the extra large, large, medium and small flowers. Die cut one extra large, one large, three medium and three small flowers out of a piece of White Soft Finish Cardstock. Using a blending tool with foam, blend Fossilized Amber Distress Ink over the entire surface of all of the flowers.

Step Eight. From the Florals 10 die, die cut the flower centres once out of a piece of White Soft Finish Cardstock. You’ll need to choose three centres.

Step Nine. Assemble your pizza box.

Step Ten. Adhere the stitched square to the scalloped square. Foam square the scalloped square to the top of the pizza box.

Step Eleven. Adhere the stitched circle to the scalloped circle. Adhere the scalloped circle to the middle of the stitched square.

Step Twelve. Adhere the three leave bunch to the top left side of the pizza box. Adhere the two leaf bunch to the bottom left side of the pizza box.

Step Thirteen. Adhere a large brown leaf and a small orange leaf to the bottom left side of the pizza box, making sure that the previously adhere leaves are still showing. Adhere a large orange leaf and a small brown leaf to the top left side of the pizza box, making sure that the previously adhere leaves are still showing.

Step Fourteen. Adhere a medium and small flower together. Repeat the previous step for one more of the same flower bunch. Adhere the remaining flowers together. Adhere a centre in the middle of each flower bunch. Adhere the extra large flower bunch to the middle left side of the pizza box. Adhere the remaining two smaller flower bunches above and below the extra large flower bunch as desired.

Step Fifteen. Adhere the fussy cut label in the middle of the stitched circle, making sure that part of it slides underneath the flowers.
