Christmas Cards – So Many Options!

December 7, 2020

Karen here today sharing some FuN Christmas cards. I recently purchased this beautiful pack of blue and purple holiday paper and decided to challenge myself to create using *almost* every designer here at Elizabeth Craft Designs. The products are all so lovely, and I wanted to play with many of the styles.

This first card features a FuN font stamp from Sue Smith Creative Designs. This one is from the Snow Stamps, but there are many beautiful options. I added a snowflake from A Way with Words, Flourished Christmas Mini Dies and covered it with 101mm Double Sided Adhesive (before cutting) and added some Silver Silk Microfine Glitter. I used a Stitched Rounded Rectangle to cut the stamp out.

How pretty is that AMAZING new Washi tape from Ilse and Charlene (Artzy Scenery Washi Tape)!!? In this card, I diecut the ends of those rectangles using the Junk Journal Extras Dies. I also used the Florals 4 dies designed by Anita, the Joyful Wishes Sentiments Stamps, the Stitched Circles Dies and White Craft Drops.

Oh, how I do love a glitter covered Santa Claus (die set designed by Joset)! This one is covered with Speckled Indigo and Cool Diamond Silk Microfine Glitter (applied with the 101mm Double Sided Adhesive). His face is colored with E000, E00, R21 Copics and his feet and hands are colored with W7 Copic. The sentiment is again from the Joyful Wishes set.

That glitter is gorgeous! And serendipity, it matches my nail polish!

I just love the beautiful font dies from Suzanne Cannon in the A Way with Words collection. This one is Merry Christmas, Small Die. It is die cut with a Stitched Rounded Square Die. The card also uses the Fitted Fishtails dies.

And FINALLY, I used the adorable snowman from Planner Essentials 34 – Christmas Figures, designed by Esther Glas. He is so sweet and comes with the fun sleigh rides ticket (and many other dies). I also used the Stitched Circles dies on this card.

Well, I may have gone a bit overboard…but I just love all of these collections of dies. They are just so versatile and fun!

Craftily yours, Karen
