Hello every one! Today I make a slimline card with a cute little glitter princess. The Silk Microfine Glitter is a product that I used a lote in my creation, so also with this one.
At first is cut out a slimline card. One large and one a bite smaller. In the smaller one I made 3 squares. Used the 1698 stitched indented squares. On the picture I show on what sizes I cute out the squares. Hight of the card 20.5 cm. Each square is 4.5 cm. On the top and bottom 2 cm and between the 3 sqaures 1.5 cm. On the side of the sqaures 2 cm.
When you cute out the squares it look like this:
After that I made 3 blocks whit foam tape on the large slimline. The foam tape must fit behind the squares from the second slimline. In the blocks I put some sequin mix from 28 Lilac Lane. One the top of the blocks made a transparent sheet. So than you have 3 blocks whit shaker material. of course I choose purple and pink because I love that colors.
The second slimline I sprayed with distress oxide (kitsch flamingo, blueprint sketch). Sprayes from a little distrance. Than you have only splashes and not the hole background in the color.
After that you can glue the second slimline on top of the first. I used clear double sided adhesive. Because this is very strong on the trasparent sheet.
On top of the card a made a cute little princess with die 1790 (princess) and some details with 1798 (princess crown). The dress of the pricess used silk microfine glitter 656 Speckled Indigo. Love that color of course it is pink and purple. The details (crown, stars, letters) also used silk micofine glitter (619 fuchsia, 638 solar gold). The rest of the princess I colorize with distress ink ( blueprint sketch, picked raspberry, black soot, vintage photo, tattered rose). Details on the princess made with craft drops (cdm01 – metallic gold)
I put the princess in the middle of the slimline card. Under her feets the curl from the 1798 princess crown set. The rest of the details you can put them where you like them. In the coners of the card I made some pearls whit the craft drops.
