Hi everyone, it’s Tina here. I have a Mini Slimline card to share using the Toasted Marshmallows and Zen Stamps to create this summery camp fire card. It’s been many years since I sat by a campfire and I felt like a kid roasting marshmallows and the atmosphere was filled with laughter and friends. Below are the steps to create your own card.
Step 1 – Trim White Soft Finish Cardstock to 7” x 6”, score at 3 1/2” and fold in half for a vertical side fold card (Mini Slimline)
Step 2 – Trim White Soft Finish Cardstock to 3 1/4” x 5 3/4”. Adhere a piece of masking sheet towards the bottom about 1” from the bottom. Apply Distress Oxide Wilted Violet, Chipped Sapphire and Black Soot. Remove the masking sheet and cover to expose the bottom and apply Distress Oxide Vintage Photo, Walnut Stain and Black Soot around the edges. Using a water brush add some water splashes. Let Dry.
Step 3 – Stamp Zen Sentiments to the bottom of the panel created from Step 2 using Versamark. Sprinkle White Embossing Powder and remove the excess. Heat set it with a Heat Tool. Adhere the panel to the card front using 3mm Clear Double Sided Adhesive Tape.
Step 4 – Diecut Toasted Marshmallows using various colors of cardstock. Assemble using Kids Choice Glue and adhere to card using Foam Tape.
