Judi Kauffman is back with Part 2 of “One thing leads to another”!
Thanks for inviting me to be part of the Elizabeth Craft Designs blog again today, Joset.
Part 1 of One Thing Leads to Another was posted on August 30. As promised, here are instructions and a supply list for all projects shown in both Part 1 and Part 2.
Pick your favorite Elizabeth Craft Designs outline peel-offs, put them on white cardstock, and color inside the lines. Cut out the shapes staying as close as possible to the outline.
*Color around the shapes on the outside of the peel-offs for a halo effect, enlarging the shapes and making them easier to cut out.
*Cut a rectangle and leave a white background.
*Add doodling with fine and medium nib pens (see supply list).
Using the photos for ideas, layer the peel-offs onto embossed and sanded Shimmer Sheetz, patterned papers, solid color cardstock, or a combination of these. (All cards are simple side-fold format.)
*Add a greeting (die cut Adhesive Velvet Sheets or peel-offs).
*Add border peel-offs, ribbon, or other linear elements.
*Add photo corners, brads, charms, or other low-relief components.
*Use foam squares or tape for added dimension.
