Hi there! It’s Marsha here today, sharing my VERY FIRST post on the Elizabeth Craft Designs blog!

I love art journaling and mixed media so for my first post I thought it would be fun to share a step-by-step video of a mixed media page.

Don’t worry: I promise you that all of the techniques I show in the video can be adapted to card making and other projects too!

628 Teal Silk Microfine Glitter

2588 Rainy Day Peel-Off in Black

903 4″ X 9″ Watercolor Paper

Other:

Watercolour paper (A4 size)

Watercolour markers (SpectrumAQUA – Evergreen, Kingfisher, Peacock Blue, Sea Green)

Heavy gel medium (Finnabair Art Basics 3D Gloss Gel)

Soft gel medium (Finnabair Art Basics Soft Gloss Gel)

Liquid adhesive

Dye ink (Ranger Distress Ink – Peacock Feathers)

Stencil (The Crafters Workshop – Clouds 6×6)

Watercolour brush

Non-stick craft mat

Spatula

Transparency

Post-it tape

Blending tool
