Christmas Ornaments

Good Morning Everyone, It’s Jackie here. For today blog post I’m showing you these lovely Christmas Ornament Sceneries as well as Winter Bird Peel-Off stickers which fits perfectly with the new Ring Accordion designed by Karen Burniston.

Instructions:

1. Cut two accordion pages out of brown cardstock using the Ring Accordion die. Cut 4 scalloped edges for each circle accordion using blue paper as shown in the picture below. Adhere to accordion pages.

2. Cut two more accordion pages using the same die out of blue patterned paper. We’re only going to use the two center circles so you can use a pieces of scrap paper if you have that laying around somewhere. Trim of all tabs.

3. Now it’s time to create the Winter Birds and Christmas Ornaments Sceneries. To create the ornaments, apply 1 Winter Bird Peel-off, 1 Christmas Ornament Sceneries Peel-off and 1 bow onto white cardstock that has Double-sided Adhesive applied to it. Take of release sheet of the Double-sided Adhesive and cover peel-offs with Warm Diamond Silk Microfine Glitter. Polish with your finger and brush of excess glitter. Color peel-offs with TomBow Dual Brush Markers. Once colored, cut out ornaments and bow.

4. Now assemble card as shown in the first picture at the top but don’t adhere the small side tab of the first center circle just yet. For more info on how to assemble the Accordion card, watch Karen Burniston’s video HERE.

5. Take a Quickie Glue pen and add glue to the circle edge & scalloped edges, add Turquoise Silk Microfine Glitter to the inside circle and Deep Turquoise Silk Microfine Glitter to the scalloped edge as shown. Now attach the two center circles using a small piece of Double-sided Adhesive on the small site tab of the left center circle.

Beautiful card Jackie, I love how the Winter Birds Peel-Offs fit perfectly into the Ring Accordion. Superb coloring on the birds too.
