Lollypop Die Possibilities

June 9, 2016

Hi there, it´s Sanna here today, sharing a set of cards created with the new Lollypop die set.

Sanna Lippert

Again these card ideas started from my previous project, the Lollypop cards. I had a negative piece of white die cut paper on my table, cut with the Lollypop die. I looked at it and I suddenly saw lemons! This is how these cards came together:  Continue Reading

Hi everyone,

It’s Frances Byrne here with my Pop it Ups Wednesday tutorial for April. This time I have created a card using the Hanging Charm Pull Tab die set. Instead of using the frame that comes with the die set I have used the Oval dies from the Stitched Ovals and Dotted Scallop Ovals. I am also playing with the new Boat die from Joset Designs.

Hello Spring

Hello Spring 6

Hello Everyone it is Christine here from Susan’s Design Team.  Here in my area of Maine the Forget Me Not and Lily of the Valley are in bloom so of course I wanted to incorporate them into my design.   I am excited to post a card that I have made using one of Susan’s new releases Garden Notes Carnation along with foliage from the new CountryScapes Lavender die. I wanted to show you how to stretch your dies combining and interchanging them to make even more flowers as I have done here for the Forget Me Not and the Lily of the Valley.  I  also wanted to show you how you can create different looks by combining embossing folders.

Shimmer Sheetz Cupcake Birthday Cards
By Judi Kauffman

Cupcake 3

Hello, everybody, I’m back as today’s guest designer with a recipe for zero-calorie cupcakes! They’re not as yummy as the ones my neighbor bakes, of course, but hers can’t be attached to a birthday card and sent through the mail while these are just perfect for that purpose…

Vintage Remember

Remember by Suzanne Cannon

Hello! It’s Suzanne here today to share a simple layered card.  This patterned paper has been beckoning me for weeks.  Once again it called softly as I caught a glimpse of it. Finally, I said, it’s your turn!  It leapt out of the packaging and practically assembled itself.

If I can make a card with an unspoken or simple message then I’m usually pretty happy. The balloon breaking free could represent any number of life changes…. It could be significant for someone leaving someplace or someone, or starting a new phase of life. What about a graduation? You don’t want them to forget you!  What does it represent to you?

Here is how this card made itself!

Happy Birthday Pinwheel Card

June 3, 2016

Pinwheel 1

Hi everyone, It’s Joset here today sharing a colorful Happy Birthday Pinwheel card. Once I finished this card I remembered Frances showing me the beautiful card she created for her post yesterday using the Pinwheel die, so today’s pinwheel card with a different twist shows just how versatile the die can be. Pinwheels bring back fun memories from my childhood when I played with these colorful, shiny toys. I found one at the dollar store the other day and bought it for my daughter. We put it on the front of our bike so she could look at it when we go for a ride. She loves it! I hope you like pinwheels too. Here is how I created this card:

Pop It Ups Wednesday With Raquel – Welcome little one

June 1, 2016

Hello my crafty friends! It’s Raquel Mason here today.  I was inspired by Karen’s April Designer Challenge where she converted a pop stand into a box pop up.  I wanted to incorporate a few new items from Karen’s latest release too into my Pop Stand conversion “Welcome little one” baby card.  Let me show you how easy it is to convert a pop stand into a box card that’s cute as a button!
