Hello crafters! Mary here today with a pop up Christmas card. There are a lot of really cute Christmas patterned papers and cardstock. If you can’t find the one I used, there are others featuring gingerbread men (I had several to choose from in my stash from different manufacturers). I made my die cuts look like the images on the patterned cardstock (or at least close).
Hi everyone,
It’s Frances here today with a new tutorial to share with you. I don’t know about you, but I am always looking for new ideas to use to create male themed cards. So this time round I am playing with the new Postage Stamp Squares and the Sports Charms to create a card for DAD! This card could be used for either Father’s Day or a Birthday.
Change the colors used on the card and this design can easily be converted to be suitable for ‘Mum’ or ‘Mom’ for Mother’s Day; ‘Boy’ for a Baby Boy card; ‘Joy’ for a Christmas Card etc.
Pop It Ups Wednesday with Kelly and a Wedding Card
September 21, 2016Hi, It’s Kelly Booth here. One of my favorite things about making cards yourself is that you can customize them to specific colors. I had a wedding to go to and loved that I could give them a card made in their special colors.
Today I’m using the new Anita Frames Pop Up die set just released by Karen Burniston for the wedding card. Other dies we will be using are the new Circles & Label set, the Wedding Charms set, Stitched Squares, Poppy The Owl (tiny heart), Petit Flourish Stage it Stencil, and the Best Wishes Clear Stamps.
Here is my card front:

Hi, it’s Sandy Diller here to share a Halloween Pop it Up with you. Who doesn’t love a costume party? Some of Karen Burniston’s fun Characters are showing off their disguises for you today. You may remember (Monster Mouse) Frankin-Mouse from last year. He is accompanied by Witchy-Whiskers and Count Vamp-Hoppy.
Mary here to share a fairly easy rectangle accordion card. The new Birds and Birdhouse dies from Joset Designs are super cute. They come with winter accessories but I decided to use them for a summer look, with fluffy clouds in the background and bright colors. The birds may look like they are kissing but they are really just dancing beak to beak.
Pop it Ups Wednesday with Frances – Spooky Halloween Greetings
August 31, 2016Hi everyone,
It’s Frances here and it’s my turn to post a Pop it Ups Wednesday tutorial today. This time round I am playing with a few of Karen Burniston’s new dies to create a Halloween card. My card features Whiskers the Cat sitting on the witch’s broomstick. I think the poor witch has fallen off it by the looks of the witch’s hat and shoes lying on the ground…. oh dear!
Hi there, artlings! It’s Suzanne here today with a card that is easy to assemble yet has the clean and simple look that makes it stand out in a crowd.
One of the members of the Quietfire Design team was married this week, so to celebrate, we’ve been sharing all sorts of projects using the new lovey-dovey A Way With Word dies! Cherish, Forever, Always, Mr and Mrs and the Calligraphic Elements were designed with weddings, anniversaries and newborns in mind.
Our newlywed shared that she was going with white and grey (or silver) on the big day, so this card evolved in my creative space! I dropped in a hint of pink and I just love how it turned out.
Pop it Ups Wednesday With Raquel – Anita Frames Pop Up
August 24, 2016Hello my crafty friends! It’s Raquel Mason here today. I’d like to show you how you can make an impressive birthday card with the new Anita Frames Pop Up. I love this new die because it has so much dimension when you open the card. Let me show you how I made it.
Hello crafters! Mary here with a fun interactive winter card. The new Winter Mittens from Joset Designs are so adorable. I decided to make mine out of felt, alhtough you could use cardstock instead. For the card, I wanted to do something different. The Hanging Charm Pull Tab was out of stock for a while at ECD so when it finally came back in, I jumped on it! The mitten fits perfectly inside the frame. Yes!
