Good morning!
I think adding layers of die cuts is a great way to make your photo the focal point of your project, and it will add dimension without adding too much bulk!
Step 1 – Gather supplies – 2 sheets 12×12 paper plus coordinating scraps and pieces, coordinating ink, pearls, and these dies: Dashing Squares, Stitched Rectangles, Bunch of Flowers 3, Big Flower Set 1, Stitched Circles, Big Flower Set 1, and Valentines Edges, Vintage Balloon Race.
Step 2 – Cut one of the 12 x 12 papers to 8 x 12
Step 3 – Cut (3) 1/2 x 12 strips of paper
Step 4 – Cut one large rectangle piece at 5 x 8
Step 5 – Cut a photo mat
Step 6 – Die cut the following: Stitched Rectangles – (2) 2 1/2 x 3 3/4 for title; Dashing Squares (1) 2 3/4 & (1) 3 1/4; Stitched Circles (2) 2 3/4 & (1) 3 3/4: Bunch of Flowers 3 – enough for 4 flowers; the smaller flower from Big Flower set 1 x 6; large balloon from the Vintage Balloon Race set; scalloped edge from the Valentines Edges set.
Step 6 – Ink all the edges of all the papers and die cuts. Assemble flowers and hot air balloon.
Step 7 – Layer and adhere the pieces to complete the layout as shown or as you prefer!

Hi Laura – I love everything about this layout…including the paper! Can you tell me what paper you used? Thanks!! Wendy
Beautiful work Laura! Joset
I was wondering what stamp set you used for the saying on the “making your photo be the focal point” card?
